These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of backroom (backroom.xyz), a Meta Ads analytics dashboard (the "Service") operated by Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202525565H), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

backroom connects to your Meta advertising account via the Meta Graph API and presents your advertising data visually, together with AI-generated analysis ("Roi"). The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis and may change at any time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect any ad account you connect.
You may only connect Meta ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable Use

No attempts to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access other users' data.
No use of the Service to violate Meta's terms, advertising policies, or any applicable law.
No reselling, scraping, or systematic extraction of the Service without our written consent.

4. AI-Generated Content

Roi's analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Advertising decisions — including budget changes, pausing or scaling ads — are yours alone, and we accept no liability for outcomes resulting from them.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third parties, including Meta's Graph API, Anthropic, Cloudflare, and SendGrid. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct. Your use of Meta's platform remains governed by Meta's own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Your advertising data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA SHOWN WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR SGD 100 IF NO AMOUNTS WERE PAID.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
